GetSTEPR.com Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Following are the policies and guidelines of the STEPR affiliate program. 

Please print out a copy of this agreement for your records and check this page periodically, as we may adjust this contract. 

In such a case, your continued participation in the GetSTEPR.com Affiliate program signifies your acceptance of such changes.

General Policies

To qualify for the STEPR Affiliate program, your website and/or social media profiles:

• Must be accessible and accounted for at the time of your application.

• Must emphasize fitness, home gyms, cardio training, strength training, or health-related content.

• Must emphasize unique value-added content such as fitness training, product reviews, buying guides, best-of guides, or product comparisons.

• Must rank well for keywords related to home gyms, cardio training, strength training, training equipment, or health and fitness.

• Must have more than 2,500 followers or subscribers on related social media profiles and channel pages. 

Additionally:

• Your content must not contain, link to, or promote libellous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, violent, intolerant, hate-oriented, illegal, cracking, hacking, or any unlawful content.

• You cannot use toolbars, spyware, adware, malware, or other parasitic or stealth software.

• You cannot engage in unsolicited e-mailing, cybersquatting, or typosquatting.

Further:

• We reserve the right to accept, reject or revoke an affiliate application at any time for any reason.

• You agree that you will not make false statements or promises that could mislead a potential customer about STEPR or its products.

• We reserve the right to reconcile or adjust the value on any transaction attributed to another marketing channel.

• You cannot create a STEPR social media account and represent yourself as the brand.  

Domain Name Policy

• You agree not to use the phrase "STEPR" or any misspellings, incorrect grammar, or variations in your domain name(s), including, but not limited to, "stepr" or “getstepr.” 

Paid Search Policies

• You agree that you will only use generic (aka non-branded) terms such as "stair climber equipment," "cardio equipment," and "stair climber" in your paid search ads and will not reference the brand name or its branded product names whatsoever in your ads.

• You agree that you will not buy or bid on any STEPR trademarked keyword phrases on any pay-for-placement search engines (including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Bing, and Yahoo) or other paid inclusion programs. Such prohibitions on branded keywords include, but are not limited to, "STEPR," "getstepr.com," "STEPR Coupons," "GET STEPR," "STEPR USA," "steprusa," or any variations and misspellings thereof.

• You agree that you will not direct link to any page on getstepr.com in any of your paid search ads.

Pricing Policy

• You agree that you will keep all product pricing up-to-date with the prices currently listed on getstepr.com.

• You agree that you will only reference the MSRP and the actual product pricing listed on getstepr.com.

• You will not manufacture and promote savings more significant than what is available on getstepr.com.

Coupon Code Policy

• You agree that you will only use approved coupon codes provided exclusively to you within the network. 

• You agree not to display expired coupons on your approved sites, and STEPR is not responsible for honouring any expired coupons or coupon codes.

Comparison Shopping Policy

• You agree that you will not submit any data feeds that include STEPR products directly to any comparison shopping portals. 

Logo and Photo Usage Policy

• All product images and STEPR logos must be up to date. You can download the latest approved versions at getstepr.com.
